We are proud to be the scale supplier to Textron, Cessna, Beech and Bell. We build all types and sizes of cells and cell cups to properly fit the aircraft jack points you may have. In the section below, you can see the details and how you need to properly size your cells and cups in your kits to fit the aircraft jack points you have.
The chart above shows the different jack point types, always select the proper weight range load cell with the proper cup size that matches your aircraft jack point.
The pictures above, you can see the type one jack point as per AS33559 specification. The picture to the right shows a Type I cell and cell cup and is a proper fit.
The pictures above, you can see the Type II jack point as per AS33559 specification. The picture to the right shows a Type II cell and cell cup and is a proper fit. This picture is of the larger Cessna jack points including the 680 and the X aircraft that have larger jack points.
Above find our two primary cups, they both have Type I and Type II design to enable the user to go from small jack points to larger jack points all using the same cell.
If you still have the small blue Type I cell top, it can be replaced (factory only, calibration required) with one of our latest designs to give you a better usability of our aircraft weighing equipment.
